Account deletion
This page explains how to delete your account, and the information linked to it, for Swipe Duel (Android package com.brickstream.swipeduel), a mobile game operated by BrickStream. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Delete in the app
- Open the Swipe Duel app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted as soon as you confirm, and this cannot be undone. Guest accounts and Google sign-in accounts are deleted the same way.
2. Request by email
You can request deletion even if you cannot use the app or have already uninstalled it.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request".
- So that we can verify the request, include your nickname and, if you signed in with Google, send the email from that Google account's address.
- After verifying the request we delete the account and reply to confirm. Requests are processed within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Account information: device identifier, Google account identifier, email address, display name, sign-in data
- Nickname
- Wallet (gold and gems), items, and aim-line extension passes
- Match records, scores, and ranking
- Ad reward and attendance reward records
Gems, items, passes, and records of a deleted account cannot be restored. Any remaining paid Items are removed with the account, so please check before deleting.
4. What is kept, and for how long

These are erased without delay when the period ends. Match results may remain in your opponents' records in a form that does not identify you. Information that Google processed directly for ads or payments can be managed in your Google account settings.
5. Deleting some data without deleting the account
If you want to keep your account but have some information corrected or deleted (for example, changing your nickname or removing linked Google account information), email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

계정 삭제 안내
이 페이지는 (주) 브릭스트림이 운영하는 모바일 게임 Swipe Duel(안드로이드 패키지 com.brickstream.swipeduel)의 계정과 그에 연결된 정보를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다.
1. 앱에서 삭제하기
- Swipe Duel 앱을 엽니다.
- 설정 화면으로 들어갑니다.
- 계정 삭제를 누르고 안내에 따라 확인합니다.
확인하는 즉시 계정이 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 게스트 계정과 구글 로그인 계정 모두 같은 방법으로 삭제합니다.
2. 이메일로 요청하기
앱을 쓸 수 없거나 이미 지운 경우에도 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- [email protected]로 제목을 "계정 삭제 요청"이라고 적어 메일을 보냅니다.
- 본인 확인을 위해 닉네임을 적고, 구글 로그인을 썼다면 그 구글 계정의 이메일 주소로 보내 주십시오.
- 회사가 본인 확인 후 계정을 삭제하고 결과를 답장으로 알려 드립니다. 접수 후 30일 안에 처리합니다.
3. 삭제되는 정보
- 계정 정보: 기기 식별자, 구글 계정 식별자, 이메일, 표시 이름, 로그인 정보
- 닉네임
- 지갑(골드·젬), 보유 아이템, 조준선 연장 이용권
- 대전 전적, 점수, 순위
- 광고 보상·출석 보상 수령 기록
삭제한 계정의 젬, 아이템, 이용권, 전적은 되살릴 수 없습니다. 남은 유료 재화가 있어도 삭제와 함께 사라지니 삭제 전에 확인해 주십시오.
4. 보관되는 정보와 기간

기간이 지나면 지체 없이 지웁니다. 상대방의 대전 기록에는 누구인지 알 수 없는 형태로 대전 결과가 남을 수 있습니다. 구글이 광고·결제 과정에서 직접 처리한 정보는 구글 계정 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
5. 계정을 지우지 않고 일부 정보만 삭제하기
계정은 그대로 두고 일부 정보(예: 닉네임 변경, 구글 계정 연결 정보)의 정정이나 삭제를 원하시면 [email protected]로 요청해 주십시오. 30일 안에 답합니다.
